LATE POLICY

Please arrive before the treatment time at least 10 minutes for complete consultation form.

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other customers as treatments are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 10 minutes or more that we are unable to accommodate will be charged 100% full value. Last minute change to appointments will be honoured only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other customers are not inconvenienced.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

lease notify us before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All spa customers will be asked to complete a consultation form upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.

If you are not sure about your condition please contact us before make an appointment.

Please note customer suffering from any heart conditions, high blood pressure or are pregnant will be unable to use any of our heat treatments.

Thai Aroma Health Massage is the right to refuse the treatments if the customer has problems in health condition, and is not the same as stated in the complete consultation form. We will not refund any reason for this case.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

We accept cash Thai Baht.
